Where can I find maps showing the UK rail network?

To find maps showing all Train Operator stations and routes across the country please go to www.nationalrail.com . These are large maps and require the free Adobe Acrobat reader software.

 

What should I do if my train is delayed?

If your train is delayed you should retain your tickets and contact the Train Operator responsible to progress any refund claim. They will be able to tell you if you are entitled to any compensation.
