Where can I get the redspottedhanky.com app?
Made a duplicate booking on our app?
Contact the redspottedhanky.com Web Support Helpdesk, open every day from 08:00 - 20:00 on 0800 377 7748 (freephone).
We will need you to provide your booking reference number and to confirm your First and last name.
Once your details have been located you will need to confirm your:
- To and from destination
- Date and Time of travel
- Cost of the trip
We will also need to know whether you have received or collected the tickets already. If you have collected the tickets these will need to be returned to:
1 Trinity Court Broadlands
Note that customers will be reimbursed for the recorded delivery amount providing that a receipt of the postage is received and these funds will be returned in the way of redspottedhanky.com vouchers.
Once we have received the original tickets and have confirmed the card details we will pass your details onto our Refund Department who will process an immediate full refund on Advance non-refundable tickets (no admin fees are applicable).
Do I need to register to buy a ticket?
No, you can buy without registering, however if you do not register you will not earn loyalty points on your purchases.
Can I use my e-voucher on the mobile app?
Not at the moment, to use your e-vouchers you will need to visit the main site and purchase that way.
Can I get a reservation on the app?
Yes for advance tickets which are mandatory reservations.
How do I collect my tickets using the app?
Depending on the ticket you buy, you will either have the ticket immediately delivered to your phone or tablet as a barcode (certain routes only), or you will receive a code allowing you to collect your ticket at the station ticket machines.
What if I don’t want to register?
You can just purchase without registering but you will not have an account and so will not earn loyalty points for these transactions.
Can I get a refund on my ticket?
For mTickets please contact customer services.
Can I do a change of journey on my purchase?
If the rules allow it, you can but this must be done through the My Account section of the website. For mTickets you need to contact customer services.
Will I be able to see my purchases in my account?
Yes all your purchases will be shown in them account area and if you are logged in through the loyalty area as well.
Can I get a ticket delivered to my phone?
Barcode mTickets are available on hundreds of routes throughout the country with more being added all the time.
