  • How do I apply for a business account?

    Easy. Just click on the link below to start the application progress https://www.businessaccount.redspottedhanky.com/secure/apply.aspx

    You may be asked for some specific company details so it would be helpful to have these handy at the time of your application:

    • Company details (for example, VAT number, Company or Charity registration number)
    • Bank details for Direct Debit set up

  • I’d like to know more about business accounts - who do I contact?

  • How do I manage my business account online?

    Download a copy of our guide to using the redspottedhanky Business Account Management System (BAMS). It includes a walkthrough of all aspects of the systems, from the first logon to setting up your users and monitoring your account. 

     

  • Already have an account and wish to add users?

    In order to add users to BAMS, please log in and then click ‘Users’ followed by ‘Add new users’.

  • Why isn’t the website recognising my e-mail address?

    First, check you’ve been added as a user on BAMS by the account manager assigned to the company. Once you then register on the corporate website, the two e-mails will match and you will be able to purchase tickets under the account.

  • I’m unable to book as the website is stating my company is near its credit limit

    For credit limit enquires and booking issues please contact redspottedhanky@worldline.com.

  • What date will I receive my invoice?

    Invoices are created on the 2nd of the month and will be available to view on the BAMS portal.

  • What date is the direct debit taken?

    The direct debit is taken on the 15th of each month for the previous month’s bookings (or the following working day).

  • Is there any discount for business accounts?

    The rates available are the same as the fares on the public site. However, we’ll work with you to make finding these as easy as possible.
